January 11, 2012 officially announced the schedule rides in the Vuelta 2012. The Tour of Spain starts on Saturday, August 18th in Pamplona and ends three weeks later on September 9 in Madrid. Read more about the travel schedule and details of the Vuelta in this article.
In the Tour of Spain this year a large number of arrivals recorded uphill including arrivals at Lagos de Covadonga, Bola del Mundo and the Coll de la Gallina still partially hook. A true paradise for climbers so. Major contenders are safely established names like Contador and the Schleck brothers. The question is whether the winner of last year, Juan José Cobo reduce their title. The Dutch Robert Gesink and Bauke Mollema a chance given the correct final rankings they have achieved in previous editions.
